Now that you've submitted your qualifications, Vendor Management will enter your company's information into our vendor database.
Key information such as company name, primary services provided, area of service, primary company contact, and the company's physical
address will populate the database. The final qualification process will not be completed until the vendor's services align with
specific Walgreens needs for upcoming projects. Vendor Management will then complete the qualification process, contact the vendor
of their status and will notify internal Walgreens personnel of the company's availability to participate in Walgreens initiatives.
As part of the company's policy, Walgreens will not issue information to current or pending vendors regarding upcoming projects
for bid, programs, initiatives, etcetera.
Instead, Vendor Management (in collaboration with other divisional groups) will forecast and ascertain if your company's services
are needed for upcoming projects. If yes, then Vendor Management will complete the qualification process and contact your company
regarding the final qualification status (approved/not-approved). Concurrently, Vendor Management will notify internal Walgreens
personnel of the company's availability to participate in Walgreens initiatives. |
