Become a Design/Construction Partner - Vendor Requirements

Step 1: Find out if you qualify

Who is eligible to apply?

• General Contractors
• Architects
• Engineers
• Survey Companies
• Sub-trades
• Environmental firms
• Any other specialty service providers that may be required to complete a construction project within Walgreens Facilities Development Division.

Vendor diversity

Requirements

The vendor must complete a qualification statement which can be accessed on Step 2. Within the form, the vendor must also provide additional required documentation necessary for Vendor Management to complete the qualification process. There are three versions of the qualification statement, each tailored to a particular service provider:

• Walgreen Co. A&E Qualification Statement
• Walgreen Co. General Contractor Qualification Statement
• Walgreen Co. Trade Contractor Qualification Statement

Vendors must also read and sign the Walgreen Co. Non-Disclosure Agreement. This document must accompany the qualification statement upon submission.

Expectations

During the qualification process the vendor must complete and return the qualification statement, additional required documentation (if requested on the qualification statement), and the non-disclosure agreement. If approved, the vendor must adhere and comply with all Walgreen Co. standards and regulations.
